New Rule update

Being as Free agency gets quite expensive im going to implement a rule that no FA can be placed on Practice Squad. This helps even out cap situation so teams cant overpay a play and stash him on the PS. If you have a thought on this let me know

I assume this also means that FA's from prior seasons that were already on practice squads need to be promoted or released?

Practice Squad (Please See Rookie Players)

Inactive Roster is limited to 1st-4th year guys or RP.
All teams will be allowed to have up to and no more than 7 players on this roster.
You will get to 1st Half of Season is completed, then You can no longer send a player down to Practice Squad, till offseason.
You will still need to add the players contract to your roster, you just do not have to add it in your cap. Once you promote a player to your active team, they may not be send back down until the offseason and you will then have to add the contract to your cap.

Note: Since the players in this squad do not count toward your cap you may drop them for free. In order for them to qualify for the free drop they must be on Practice Squad for at least 4 weeks

Yea it days 1st-4th year players. We had 2nd year players that were free agents

Limited to Scale only, NO FA CONTRACTS. (Contracts from Season 1 who are in yrs 1-4 can still be on Practice Squad.)
