Chiefs send to the Chargers:

S: Eric Berry (KCC) - 4 - 14/$5.42 & 15/$5.16


Chargers get a young Top 10 Safety in Eric Berry.   Chiefs get one of the top Rookie QBs, Mettenberger, plus the young stud Buffalo Safety, Duke Williams, currently projected as a starter.   Plus, the Chiefs get $4M+ in Cap Space Relief for 2014 and 2015. 

I certainly hate to loose the potential represented by Mettenberger and Williams, but Berry gives me a chance to solidify my team at Safety.  It's a fair deal for both teams.

I accept this deal. I hate losing Berry again but I needed another QB badly and I think Mettenberger has the best change of staring and doing well. This is a move my team needed to make.

I'm sorry, but I don't see this as fair at all. Mettenberger isn't a top rookie QB in this class, he is alright but there's a reason he dropped to the 6th IRL. There is no reason to think as of right now he is the future in Tennessee at QB.

Eric Berry is a top young safety, I just don't see how he could possibly go for this little.

Gotta veto too, for the reasons WAS already stated. Mettenberger landed in a good situation but has a long way to go to earn a permanent starting job, and Williams will get a chance to compete for the job (along with 3 other players), but is currently still behind Searcy.
