We have come across a troubling situation of the owner of the Indianapolis Colts being accused of owning multiple teams.
The accusation is the Colts having more than one team here and using this additional team to funnel players to one team to manipulate his chances of wining. The LMs were willing to give the Colts the benefit of the doubt as to explain his actions before ruling against him as the matter of his defense could effect our ruling. But despite multiple attempts to contact the owner, he has refused to comment or offer a defense.
The LMs have discussed and deliberated on this issue. Originally we discussed granting punishments intended to keep a previously trusted owner, but upon discovery of his past we have decided to enact the following punishment.
Jake Timms, owner of the Indianapolis Colts, is hereby forever banned from any further participation within this league. Effective Immediately.
The LMs encourage anyone who suspects another owner of this type of activity to bring it up to a LM in private.
