Eagles accept. Tough choice because I like PP but with my RB depth I feel ok at the position for 2017 (If we have a 2017 season here)...

Only 1 TE on the 2017 roster and no draft picks I'll take a chance on Hooper the rookie to step up. At S I only have the 2 starters and 1 practice squad guy, Williams extension is expensive at 4M ish but a warm body is better than no body and hope he can do well next season.

- Philly released WR: Brandon Tate - $0.60 (2016) to make the roster room and cap space.
