This looks like a play for Tommy Lee Lewis to me, Hill will get replaced in CIN soner or later and Jones will be waiting for whichever 2 backs are in front of him to get injured and even then he's a fumbling below average back. If Cooks moves on then Lewis moves up he's an upside sleeper right now and the most interesting part of a very meh trade
