I accept this trade. Basically I transfer production to a position I that I need it at. Basically identical in production, I get a LB/DE which fills two holes for me while further cutting cap and trade Berry who I don't just HAVE TO have at S given that I have Dix and Sendjo. Chargers Accept. This is an "extend and trade" deal. I was not comfortable with extending Chandler Jones contract at his new deal with Arizona so was about to let him go to free agency. The Seahawks had a strong need at DE/LB and were willing to accept the new extended contract. Chargers get a Top 10 Safety in a strong defense, albeit with an inflated contract, and the Seahawks get the DE/LB that they wanted. It's a Win Win deal. Nice dealing Seahawks.
