Upon releasing a player, the owner may decide to owe all of the owed money in that year instead of having it spread over the duration of the remaining contract.
Example:
Instead of owing 1.2 over 3 years like so - .4/.4/.4
The owner can pay all of that at once - 1.2/0/0
At this time only released players will be considered for contract buyouts.
