This proposition would eliminate the Place Kickers from the lineup in Blitz. No more kickers. With contracts as they are here combined with the potential of a team cutting your kicker at any given moment. Who needs the hassle? Also keeps people from getting duped into drafting a K.
A Yes vote would be to eliminate the Kicker position.
