PROPOSITION #2: Under the Salary Cap
This proposition would require that, all teams must be under the salary cap for the upcoming year by the start of the NFL League Year in Mid-March and all teams must remain under the cap for the remainder of the season. League Management will publish the specific date annually once the date is determined by the NFL.
Violating teams would be subject to penalties as outlined in the rules.
A YES vote for this proposition would add this language to the Blitz rules.
