Don't remember when I did my Week 1 rankings, but it appears I did it before the Elliot resigning. Browns with a huge jump. After this week I'll try and limit such huge jumps, but some teams will decide to make some future roster moves and will move the needle a bit more. The bottom 10 is a mess.
